MTU Fulfilment Update

Evening from WDM HQ everybody!
We have been busy packaging up all of the miniatures for you lovely, lovely people and as it stands we have now packed 193 of 270 total parcels. We aim to get the remaining 77 done in short order and should everything go to plan get these in the post to you all within the next week or two. We're just finalising things with Mantic Games in regards to booking in a slot for getting the parcels shipped out so we'll let you all know more as soon as we do!
We will also provide a guide for working with resin on the next update when we begin posting your pledges.
So, what's next?
First up...
We're happy to say that upon our kickstarter being fulfilled to both our Backers and those who have used Backerkit to Pre-Order we aim to launch our online store in the new year. All unlocked items from this Kickstarter will be available for purchase.
The second announcement we wish to make is that we at White Dragon Miniatures have teamed up with Giacomo of The Lazy Forger fame to begin producing a range of competitively priced resin Sci-Fi scenery to compliment our 15mm range. We're pleased to be able to show off some of the (VERY!) Work In Progress shots of some of the first items.
You can see some of The Lazy Forgers amazing work here:

The houses below are the bare-bones of one of the housing units. All the amazing detail that makes The Lazy Forgers' items mind blowing are yet to be added!
Second on the list of "what's next"...
So now we have a good working experience of the Kickstarter experience we are now confident in our ability to manage and deliver our next big project. Shattered Void itself, our tabletop space dogfighting game that we've had in the making for the past 3 years.
Many of you may have seen a range of the ships we've already produced yet there are still more that haven't been shown on the internet yet!
So far the Shattered Void universe is home to Humanity under the banner of the Earth Exploration Fleet, the alien Vitruvian Empire and now we're happy to announce the robotic As'theva. While we are still keeping much of the background lore under wraps for the moment we are happy to show off some initial renders of a few of their ships and the new EEF Interceptor.
An introduction to the Shattered Void universe can be found here, if you missed our earlier update:

For those who dislike clicking unknown links, the above will take you to a site called Prezi where the presentation slideshow is hosted.
Otherwise if you all are on Facebook head over to our page and check our past images.

So, for now that's your lot! As always both of us here thank you for your patience in the slight delay getting our range out to you. We fully expect you guys to send us pictures of your painted forces! ;)
We'll leave you with this little snippet.
MISSION LOG OF FLEET DRAKE
Log Entry 001
Fleet Group Designation: EARTH EXPLORATORY FLEET DRAKE
Date: 10.05.2245
Pilot ID: 01 WEISS, W. E.
Distance Travelled: 0.84 light years.
Population: 12,382,194
RIP: 12
Fleet systems are operating at predicted capacity. Garden yield is optimal and contamination has been managed by automated systems.
As per protocol 600,000 passengers were thawed and put through a series of gentle exercises before being allowed 24 hours of recreation and then returning to their cryocells. Generally this process went smoothly, although eleven passengers died during the freezing/thawing process and another suffered coronary failure during the exercise regime. These numbers compare very favourably to predicted rates of attrition.
There has been no confirmed indication of pursuit.
Lost contacts: EEF BIERCE, EEF EUDOXUS, EEF NADDODDUR, EEF ZHANG
EEF COLUMBUS: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
EEF CORTEZ: Contact ongoing. Widespread cryogenic failure. Garden contamination resulting in low nutrient yield. Casualties sustained: 942,456.
EEF FLINDERS: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
EEF LIVINGSTONE: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
EEF NORGAY: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
EEF POLO: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
EEF ALDRIN: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
EEF VESPUCCI: Contact ongoing. Vespucci reports attack by enemy unknown and/or sabotage resulting from internal division. Casualties sustained: 1,235,769.
EEF ZHENG: Contact ongoing. Status summary is of least concern.
William looked up from the computer terminal. He stretched his arms, limbs still stiff and aching after his yearlong cryosleep. A mere 24 hours of recreation and torturous stretching exercises weren’t quite enough to banish all the cramps, cricks and knotted muscle.
Still, he was alive. When they had embarked on this voyage William had been certain that they would have been intercepted before they’d even left the solar system. He had imagined the ships of Fleet Drake being torn apart by anti-matter detonations or turned into burning husks by high intensity microwave emitters as their foe caught up with them and finished the slaughter they had started on Earth. He’d even had a dream in which he’d seen the hull of his vessel torn open to leave a trail of cryocells drifting through space, frozen bodies floating all across the universe.
Contact had been lost with fleets Bierce, Eudoxus, Naddoddur and Zhang. That was to be expected, those fleets had set of at headings obtuse to the one Drake was taking. At this point any signals they sent in Drake’s direction would probably be travelling more slowly than the ships of the fleet.
He punched up the data report from fleet Cortez. Their automated farming systems seemed hard pressed to eradicate a fungal infestation resulting in the sterilization of many of their acreages. He checked to see if Drake’s own farming systems had used this data to recalibrate the priority given to fungicidal measures. They had. Good.
The blight wasn’t the only misfortune endured by the passengers aboard Cortez. Reports indicated that energy shortages had caused nearly ten percent of their Cryocells to fail. Nearly a million of fleet Cortez’s passengers were now dead.
William couldn’t help but find a little grim irony there, one problem addressed the other. Everything on board these ships gets recycled, so the very fact of a million dead bodies could well mitigate the effects of losing a portion of their crop.
Reports from fleet Vespucci were even more dramatic. It seems as if when the first group to be thawed out took their recreation they discovered some others on board their vessels who were already active. Whether or not they had been stowaways or passengers who had been thawed before their allotted time was unclear.
Reports then became even more confused, as shortly after this confrontation some of the ships in the fleet came under fire, enemy unknown. Whether this means that our alien foe had caught up with Vespucci or whether the various factions in the fleet turned weapons on one another is a question that the sparse status report did not resolve.
William composed a message asking the Vespucci pilots to confirm whether or not their current population were all returned to cryosleep.
He returned to his own cryocell, passing as he did the cells of the other pilots. Cheng, Swift, Hopkins, Jones, Quima, Shale, and Dirrick. As the whine of the cryogenic mechanism began to increase in pitch William realised it would probably be 2253, eight years from now, before he had another conscious thought.
